Automate the admin that drains your team.
AI automation is us taking the repetitive admin that eats your team’s week — intake, billing, scheduling, task tracking, reporting — and setting up tidy, reliable workflows that handle it. Your people stop chasing forms and start doing the work only they can do. Humans stay in the loop on anything that matters.
Find the real drain
We start with the task that actually costs your team time.
Reliable, not flashy
Workflows that just work, day after day, without babysitting.
Secure by default
Scoped access to only the data the workflow needs.
Nothing dropped
Task-tracking so small teams stop letting things slip.
Stretched teams lose hours every week to admin that a tidy workflow could handle. We find the most repetitive, rule-based tasks — the ones nobody enjoys and everyone forgets — and automate them sensibly. Real precedent: we automated a client’s customer portal and billing system, and built task-tracking systems for small teams.
A not-for-profit losing ~500 calls a month
Around 500 calls a month were dropping. Stretched staff were burning out, and the people who genuinely needed urgent help couldn’t get through.
We analysed the phone-system logs, found why calls were dropping and deployed a fix. Then an assistant was set up to qualify incoming calls and route routine enquiries to self-serve answers on the website.
Fewer dropped calls and less burnt-out staff — the team’s time goes to the interventions that actually need a person.
Faster help for the people who need it most, and the urgent lines stay free.
What’s the one thing AI could take off your plate?
Find your quick win — 1 minThe questions people actually ask
What kind of admin can you automate?
Common ones: client intake, invoicing and billing reminders, scheduling, task tracking and routine reporting. If it’s repetitive and rule-based, it’s usually a good candidate.
Is this safe for sensitive data?
Yes — we scope exactly what each workflow can access, keep it secure, and keep a human approving anything that has real consequences.
Do you have real examples?
We automated a client’s customer portal and billing system, and set up task-tracking systems so small teams stop dropping balls.
Will it break when something changes?
We build for the real world and stay on call. If your process changes, we adjust the workflow — and your team is trained to flag issues early.
