A not-for-profit losing ~500 calls a month
Around 500 calls a month were dropping. Stretched staff were burning out, and the people who genuinely needed urgent help couldn’t get through.
We analysed the phone-system logs, found why calls were dropping and deployed a fix. Then an assistant was set up to qualify incoming calls and route routine enquiries to self-serve answers on the website.
Fewer dropped calls and less burnt-out staff — the team’s time goes to the interventions that actually need a person.
