Custom AI Tools & Assistants Bring in AI

Scoped, practical AI tools — built for one real job.

A custom AI tool is a small, scoped assistant built for one real job in your business — an accounts-team unblocker, a sales product-info agent, call qualification and triage, an internal knowledge assistant, or an interactive training tool. We build the one that earns its keep, then train your team to use it.

No pressure, no pitch — a real person, usually same business day. We’ll be honest about whether we can help.

How we work
01

One job, done well

A focused tool beats a vague “AI platform” every time.

02

Knows your stuff

Grounded in your real catalogue, answers and process.

03

Routes to a human

When it matters, the tool hands off to a person — fast.

04

Yours to run

We teach your staff to use and update it themselves.

The best AI tool isn’t a sprawling platform — it’s a small assistant that does one real job reliably. We scope tightly, build something grounded in your actual information, and make sure it hands off to a human the moment judgement is needed. Real precedent: interactive training and resource tools we built for a small NFP, then handed over to their staff.

Before

A stretched team was running a ~300-capacity venue on four disconnected spreadsheets and guesswork. Bookings lived in Google Sheets, guest lists were on paper, and the till didn’t talk to anything — so the end-of-night cash count was done by hand at 3 AM. Open tabs walked out the door unsettled, and nobody could say with confidence what a Saturday actually made.

What we did

Over six months we plugged the leaks one at a time and left a small, reliable tool in place of each. We reconciled the unsettled tabs and tickets nobody had time to chase, brought the finances in-house, and built the venue its own stack — a customer tab system that guarantees settlement, payment verification at the till, per-event budgets checked live against the takings, and accurate cost-of-goods for the first time. Then we trained the team to run it all without us.

After — for the team

Trade roughly doubled — the operating result for the first six months already beat the entire prior nine. We recovered the bulk of the unsettled tabs early on, and moving finance in-house cut running costs by around 15% a month. The team runs the venue themselves now; we ran events with no consultant in the room to prove it held.

After — for their customers

A smoother night out — tabs settle cleanly, payments verify at the till, and the staff are on the floor instead of buried in admin. No one was replaced; the tools just took the draining work off the team.

What’s the one thing AI could take off your plate?

Honest answers

The questions people actually ask

What sort of tools do you build?

Accounts-team unblockers, sales assistants that surface the right product info, call qualification and triage, internal knowledge assistants, and interactive training tools.

Do you have a real example?

Yes — we built interactive training and resource tools for a small not-for-profit, then taught their non-technical staff to run it themselves.

How do you stop it giving wrong answers?

We ground the tool in your real information, scope what it can do, and design it to route anything uncertain or important to a human.

Can our team manage it without us calling you constantly?

That’s the goal. We train your staff to use and maintain the tool so you stay in control, not dependent on us.
